A

How long are the classes?

Q

We can discuss this over the phone and suggest which class to come to for your evaluation. After that, we’ll make a formal decision about what level feels right for you.

A

How do I know which class level is best for me?

Q

Classes start at $120/month for 8 classes. Please note, we never turn anyone away due to finances. We are currently fundraising to build a scholarship fund, and are happy to work with your budget so you can access this invaluable resource.

A

How much do classes cost?

Q

The best way to evaluate is to see how you are during a class. Join us and try out our exercises in our supportive environment to get started.

"Lori certainly encourages everyone to work as hard as they can on any given day, but, it is her laughter at us and herself that makes it so much fun."
